ويطوف الكاهن الشريك الهيكل بالمجمرة وأما الكاهن الخديم فيشير إلى الجسد والدم قائلًا:

(لأن كل مرة تأكلون من هذا الخبز وتشربون من هذه الكأس تبشرون بموتي وتعترفون بقيامتي وتذكرونني إلى أن آجئ)

يقول الشعب:

(أمين أمين أمين بموتك يا رب نبشر وبقيامتك المقدسة وصعودك إلى السموات نعترف، نسبحك، نباركك، نشكرك يا رب، ونتضرع إليك يا إلهنا)

يقول الكاهن

(فالآن يا الله الآب ضابط الكل فيما نحن نبشر بموت إبنك الوحيد ربنا وإلهنا ومخلصنا وملكنا كلنا يسوع المسيح ونعترف بقيامته المقدسة وصعوده إسموات وجلوسه عن يمينك أيها الآب وننتظر ظهوره الثاني الآتي من السموات المخوف المملوء مجدًا في إنقضاء هذا الدهر هذا الذي ياتي فيه ليدين المسكونة بالعدل ويعطي كل واحد كأعماله إن كان خيرًا وإن كان شرًا)

يقول الشعب

كرحمتك يا رب ولا كخطاياك

نسال ونطلب من صلاحك
