بإسم الثالوث المساوي. الآب والإبن والروح القدس.

أيها النور الحقيقي الذي يضيء لكل إنسان آتى إلى العالم.

Passover is drawing near O Lord. We have found the place to celebrate it in. You are our Passover. He sent two of his disciples – Safa and John – and he told them; go to this town and you will find a man carrying a jar of water. Follow his footsteps to the place where he goes in. Go see the owner of the house and tell him, the Lord says, “where is the place where I celebrate Passover.” He will show you an upper room which is vacant but furnished. Make preparation for Passover there. They did as the Lord said. Come along all ye nations and rejoice, God the Word is our Passover. The First Passover lamb delivered the people from the servitude of Pharaoh. The new Passover is the Son of God who saves the World from corruption. In so many forms he prepared the world – from the east to the west – for eternal salvation. He lifted us to the heights of his mercy and compassion. He manifested the greatness of His grace that He bestowed on all the creation. He carried our load and granted us His righteousness.

يوم الفصح قد اقترب يا سيدنا، عرّفنا المكان الذي نعده لك، هكذا قال التلاميذ للمعلم، أنت هو فصحنا يا يسوع المسيح. فأرسل إثنين من تلاميذه، الصفا ويوحنا وقال لهما : قوما وأمضيا الى هذه المدينة فتجدان رجلاً حاملاً جرة ماء، إذا مشى سيراً أنتما خلفه الى الموضع الذي يدخل اليه، فقولا لصاحب البيت، يقول المعلم، أين المكان الذي آكل فيه الفصح؟ فذلك يريكما عليه علوية خالية مفروشة، أعدا الفصح في ذلك الموضع. وهكذا صنعا كقول الرلب تعالوا ايها الامم افرحوا وتهللوا لان الاله الكلمه صار لكم فصحا الفصح الاول الذي بالخروف خلص الشعب من عبوديه فرعون والفصح الجديد هو ابن الله الذي خلص العالم من الفساد بانواع كثيره واشياء شتي اعد الخلاص والنجاه الابديه لكن هذا الخلاص هو لكل العالم من مشارقه الشمس الي مغاربها جذب كل واحد الي علو رحمته والرافه التي كان يصنعها واظهر لهم كثره نعمته التي افاضها على كل موضع من المسكونه اخذ الذي لنا وجعله مع الذي له وتفضل علينا بصلاحه.

Christ our Savior, has come and has borne suffering, that through His passion, He may save us.

المسيح مخلصنا جاء وتألم عنا لكي بآلامه يخلصنا.

Let us glorify Him, and exalt His Name, for He has done us mercy, according to His great mercy.

فلنمجده ونرفع إسمه لأنه صنع معنا رحمةً كعظيم رحمته.

Then the prayer of the third, the sixth and the ninth hours are conducted at the second section of the church according to the paschal arrangement.
