The parable of the unmerciful servant (Matthew 18:21-35) - The Lord Jesus compared the heavenly Father to this King who forgave his servant and didn’t ask for his huge debt. Nevertheless, the servant refused to have mercy on his companion who owed him a small amount of money and he put him in jail. So the king called the evil servant back and told him, `You wicked servant! I forgave you all that debt because you besought me; and should not you have had mercy on your fellow servant, as I had mercy on you?'
