كان لما صلب مخلصنا علي خشبة الصليب صلبوا معه لصين عن يمينه وعن يساره،

فصرخ ديماس اللص اليمين قائلا : أذكرني يا رب متى جئت في ملكوتك.

Our Savior said to him: Today shall thou be with me in paradise.

قال له مخلصنا : اليوم تكون معي في الفردوس وتنعم فيه.

We beseech him who was crucified on the cross and shed His Divine Blood for us and trampled death by His death to forgive us our sins.

ونحن نطلب إلى الذي رفع على خشبة الصليب وبذل دمه الألهي عنا وأبطل الموت أن يغفر خطايانا ويحفظ حياة الباب البطريرك أنبا (...) وسادتي الآباء المجتمعين في هذه الكنيسة وكل كنيسة من صغيرهم إلى كبيرهم قولوا كلكم آمين..آمين.. آمين.
