The image shows the Funerary mask of Merit, an ancient Egyptian artifact from the mid-18th Dynasty (New Kingdom). تُظهر الصورة القناع الجنائزي لميريت، وهو قطعة أثرية مصرية قديمة تعود إلى منتصف الأسرة الثامنة عشرة (المملكة الحديثة). القناع مصنوع من الكارتوناج المذهب (مادة تشبه الورق المعجن مصنوعة من الكتان والجص)، ومزين بورق الذهب، وعجينة الزجاج، واللون الأزرق المصري، وعيون مطعمة من المرمر والسبج، ويبلغ ارتفاعه حوالي 52 سم. - صور المتحف المصري في تورينو (تورين)، إيطاليا. - تصوير مايكل غالي لموقع الأنبا تكلاهيمانوت، 8 أكتوبر 2014 م.
