141- Some meditations...

 ...بعض التأملات

Some seek to leave Egypt for work or money; when the money comes, there goes the comfort; when the comfort is here, there goes family peace; when it comes, come also problems from the other partner; then heavy responsibilities..  etc.

يسعى البعض لترك مصر وراء العمل والمال، وعندما يأتي المال، تذهب الراحة، وعندما تأتي الراحة يذهب الاستقرار العائلي، وعند وجوده تأتي مشاكل الأسرة وشريكة أو شريك الحياة، وبعد هذا تشعر بثقل المسئولية..  إلخ..

It has got nothing to do with the place, circumstances, money, or stability..  It is related to what’s inside the heart..  You see this person has lots and lots of things, but he complains and ask for change..  And that person who was much less and simple abilities, but he is in an ease of mind, contentment, and simple ambition, not exceeding his abilities..  Blessed is that latter person..  Nothing can buy the ease of mind and the psychological stability..  The faith I have seen on the faces of thousands of people on the day of the feast of Saint Taklehaimanot, was enough to understand that well..  Everybody is praying in awe, seeking nothing more than their daily bread, and asking for the health that cannot be replaced..  thousands climb up to the cave of Anba Takle Haymanot, regardless of age, for a blessing, and taking holy water that heals with faith..

الأمر لا علاقة له بالمكان أو الظروف أو المال أو الاستقرار..  إنه متعلق بداخل القلب..  ترى هذا لديه الكثير والكثير، ولكنه يتذمر أو يطلب التغيير..  وذاك لديه أقل القليل وقدرات بسيطة، ولكنه في راحة بال ورضى، وطموح بسيط في حدود قدراته..  طوبى لهذا الشخص الأخير..  فلا شيء يشتري راحة البال والاستقرار النفسي..  الإيمان الذي رأيته على وجوه مئات الآلاف في يوم عيد القديس تكلاهيمانوت كان كفيل بأن أفهم هذا الأمر جيداً..  الجميع يصلي بخشوع، ويطلبون ما يكفيهم (خبزنا كفافنا)، ويسألون الصحة التي لا تعوَّض..  ويصعد الآلاف بغض النظر عن السن إلى مغارة أنبا تكلاهيمانوت للبركة وأخذ مياه مقدسة تشفى الأمراض بالإيمان..

That person doesn’t know what is the Internet, what are the environmental problems, or the instability in the occupied Palestine..!  But he knows God..  God is enough..  What does he need more than that?!  That fills the spirit, the soul and the body too..

هذا لا يعرف ما هو الإنترنت، أو ما هي مشاكل البيئة، أو عدم الاستقرار في فلسطين المحتلة..!  لكنه يعرف الله..  الله وكفى..  ماذا يحتاج أكثر من هذا؟!  هذا يشبع النفس والروح والجسد أيضاً..
