236- Around the monastery of Dabra Damu

 حول دير ديبرا دامو

I had to get down fast, as there will be no transportation in two hours..

كان عليّ النزول بسرعة، حيث لن يكون هناك أي مواصلات خلال ساعتين..

I got down from the mountain at 2.00 p.m...  The nature around the place was nice, and there were lots of cactus trees with various kinds..  I waited along the road with one of the young men that climbed the mountain with me, as he was heading to a village, that I’ll take from another car to Makale..  We waited for more than one hour, without a single car passing..  Many said that the last car that would pass by was at 3.00 p.m.  Which meant if no car came  at that time, sleeping in the wild might happen again!!  The last time was enough..  :)

ونزلت من على الجبل في الثانية ظهراً..  الطبيعة حول المكان جميلة، وهناك العديد من أنواع أشجار الصبار المتنوعة..  انتظرت بجانب الطريق مع أحد الشباب الذين صعدوا معي إلى الجبل، حيث كان سيذهب إلى قرية، منها سآخذ عربة أخرى إلى مكاليه..  وانتظرنا حوالي الساعة، بدون ولا عربة واحدة تمر..  وقد أوضح كثيرين أن آخر عربة تأتي إلى هذا المكان هي في الثالثة ظهراً..  مما يعني أنه إن لم تأتِ أي عربة الآن، كان سيتكرر موضوع المبيت في العراء مرة أخرى!!  وكانت المرة الأولى كافية..  :)
