220- Mission Impossible!!

 المهمة المستحيلة!!

My turn came, and of course I chose to climb with a help from above..  The guide did tie the rope around me before he climbed, and I had to use the third rope to climb, and the tied rope around my waist was being pulled each time I climbed by myself with the other rope, its aim was to help me stay in my place, and not to fall from above when feeling tired or if my hands slipped from the rope!!

وجاء دوري، وبالطبع اخترت الصعود بمساعدة من أعلى..  وكان قد قام المرشد بربط الحبل الثاني حول وسطي قبل صعوده، وكان ينبغي أن أستخدم الحبل الثالث في الصعود، والحبل المربوط حول وسطي يتم سحبه كلما أصعد بنفسي بالحبل الآخر، وهو هدفه المساعدة في التثبيت في المكان، وعدم السقوط من أعلى عند التعب أو إنفلات الأيدي من الحبل!!

Anyway, I started climbing, while learning some words in Tigrina like: “pull”, “stop”, “I wanna have some rest”..  :)  I didn’t try to look down, and of course it was impossible to leave the rope and use the camera on the way  :)  Although I thought about it!!!  It needed lots of effort, but thank God, it passed..  I did use the resting corner of course, and the hardest stage was letting go of the rope, and grabbing rocks only from above to get it from the small opening they made in the rocks at the top of the mountain..

على أي الأحوال، بدأت في الصعود، وأنا أتعلم بعض الكلمات التجرينية مثل: "اسحب"، "قف"، "أريد أن أرتاح"..  :)  لم أحاول النظر إلى أسفل، وبالطبع كان مستحيلاً أن أترك الحبل وأستخدم الكاميرا في الطريق  :)  على الرغم أنني فكرت في ذلك!!!  كان الأمر يحتاج إلى مجهود كبير، ولكن الحمد لله، مرَّ الأمر..  واستخدمت ركن الراحة بالطبع، وكانت أصعب مرحلة هي ترك الحبل، والإمساك بالصخور فقط من أعلى للدخول من الطاقة الصغيرة المصنوعة أعلى الجبل..
