I called in the morning one of the people working in the Diocese Office of North Gondar, his name is Solamnon, I met him, and he showed me the place of the Office.  But today and tomorrow the Office is closed, and the one in charge is went to Bahr Dar yesterday and he’ll come today..  I’ll call the Office again in the afternoon to see if I can finish the permission letter today or tomorrow instead of waiting till Monday to present it to them.  There is one of the deacons there, his name is Aschalew, I’ll meet with him tomorrow God willing to collect information about the Holy places here.

اتصلت في الصباح بأحد العاملين في مكتب إيبارشية شمال جوندار واسمه سولومون، وتقابلت معه، وأراني مكان مكتب الإيبارشية.  ولكن اليوم وغداً الأحد المكتب مغلق، والمسئول عنه موجود في بحر دار من الأمس، وسيأتي اليوم..  سأتصل مرة أخرى بالمكتب بعد الظهر لأرى إن كان من الممكن إنهاء التصريح اليوم أو غداً بدلاً من البدء في تقديمه يوم الإثنين.  هناك أحد الشمامسة اسمه أستشالو سوف أتقابل معه في الغد بإذن الله لتجميع بعض المعلومات عن الأماكن المقدسة هنا.
