I couldn’t sleep well that night, and I woke up due to some strong knocks on the tin ceiling of the room here I was staying at at the cheap hotel.. I heard the sound of a crow cawing in alternate to the knocks.. It was for a long time, enough to end my sleeping time.. I went outside to see what was going on, I saw a crow holding a rock with its beck, and knocking with it on the roof of the room.. When it saw me, it fled away immediately..
لم أستطع النوم جيداً في تلك الليلة، واستيقظت على طرقات قوية على السقف الصاج للحجرة التي كنت بها في الفندق الرخيص.. وسمعت صوت نعيق غراب يتناوب مع صوت الطرقات هذا.. كان هذا لمدة كافية بإنهاء فترة النوم الخاصة بي، وهيهات أن أحاول أن أنام مرة أخرى.. فخرجت من الحجرة لأنظر ماذا يحدث، فرأيت غراباً يمسك حجر بمنقاره، وهو يخبط به على سقف الحجرة.. وعندما رآني طار سريعاً..
