What happened was as follows: On that time they started paving the main road, and was totally closed.. And all the cars had to go from the other way!! I got down from the bus in front of the mountain of the Monastery, with less than 10 minutes walking.. :)
ما حدث كان كالتالي: أنه في ذلك الوقت بدأ إعادة رصف الطريق الرئيسي، وتم إغلاقه تماماً.. وعلى جميع العربات الذهاب من الطريق الآخر!! ونزلت أمام الجبل الخاص بالدير، على بُعد أقل من 10 دقائق سيراً.. :)
After getting down from the bus, a young man met me, and offered to show me the way to the Monastery, his name was “Mikhail”.. I learned that he’s working as a tour guide to the Monastery.. It was a relief knowing that he’ll get up the mountain with me..
بعد نزولي من الأتوبيس، قابلني أحد الشباب، وعرض أن يريني طريق الدير، واسمه "ميكائيل".. وعلمت أنه يعمل أيضاً كمرشد سياحي للدير.. وكان أمراً مريحاً أنه سيصعد معي للدير..
