203- More Lalibella Churches

I visited the other four rock-hewn Churches in the city of Lalibella, (the second group), and also they have some wood logs and metallic bars for reconstruction purpose..  They too are linked together with underground tunnels and labyrinths..  Then I revisited some of the other Churches to take some better shots for the buildings and the icons..  Along with the bat’s cave!!

قمت بزيارة الأربعة كنائس الحجرية الأخرى في مدينة لاليبيلا، (وهم المجموعة الثانية)، وببعضهم أيضاً أخشاب الترميم أو الحماية..  وكذلك يربطهم بعضهم ببعض سراديب محفورة في الصخر ودهاليز عدة..  ثم أعدت زيارة بعض الكنائس الأخرى لمحاولة أخذ لقطات أفضل لبعض المباني والأيقونات..  بالإضافة إلى كهف الخفافيش!!

After that I booked the air ticket to go to Axum the next day to see some Ethiopian monuments and some Churches, then to Makale by car, and fly from it to Addis Ababa..  After that I may renew the visa for a small time to finish some missions and visits, then back to Egypt God willing.

ثم قمت بحجز الطائرة للغد للسفر إلى أكسوم لمشاهدة بعض الآثار الإثيوبية وبعض الكنائس، ومنها إلى مكاليه بالعربة، ثم من مكاليه إلى أديس أبابا بالطائرة..  وبعد العودة سأقوم بتجديد الفيزا لمدة بسيطة لإكمال بعض المهام والزيارات، ثم العودة إلى مصر بمشيئة الله.

One of the nice things that happened today, was that the manager of the Ethiopian Airlines Office in Lalibella when he was booking the ticket for me, asked me about my nationality, then he told me: Then you know this for sure:  Then he got out from his drawers a book for His Holiness Pope Shenouda III in English, and told me how much the Ethiopians love Pope Shenoda, and how much they appreciate his spirituality and wisdom..  Then we agreed to meet the next day in the Airport until the boarding time, to show him the website of Saint Taklehaimanot online, to see the photos of the visit of PopeShenouda to Habisha.

من الطرائف التي حدثت اليوم، هو أن مدير مكتب شركة الطيران الإثيوبية في لاليبيلا عندما قام بحجز التذكرة للغد لي، سألني عن وطني، ثم قال لي: بالتأكيد تعرف هذا: ثم أخرج من درج مكتبه كتابا لقداسة البابا شنوده الثالث باللغة الإنجليزية، وأخبرني كم يعشق الأحباش قداسة البابا شنوده الثالث، وكم يقدرون روحانيته وحكمته..  ثم أتفقنا على أن نتقابل في المطار غداً في فترة انتظار الطائرة، لأريه موقع الأنبا تكلا هيمانوت على الإنترنت، ليرى صور زيارة قداسة الباباشنوده إلى الحبشة.
